Too much of a good thing is...an even better thing?!?!

I have a confession...lately I've been obsessive about baking blogs...
I love looking at other peoples creations and goodies.
Mostly it makes me feel like a complete and total Betty Crocker fail but other peoples creative genious in the kitchen just amazes me...
Needless to say when I saw this recipe posted on cookies and cups I haaaad to try it... after all it was called "Pudge Cake". You've met me right??? =)
I am fully aware that pool season is roughly 7 weeks away but that didn't stop me from trying a slice of this concoction. The beauty of it was that this cake promptly put me into a diabetic coma and its hard to cut another slice when you're laid out. Instant portion control- gotta love it!!!
Check this out...
