Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies Ever!!!

It doesn't get any easier than this folks...
3 ingredient peanut butter cookies....
de.lic.ious!
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
throw it in a bowl and give it a whirl...
scoop and roll then give it a criss cross press with a fork if you like or press down with a glass dipped in sugar....
bake at 350 for about 8 minutes....

 and then you could add some chocolate if you like.... me likey....

Food Day

So tomorrow is food day at work. Although there may be some disappointment that I'm not making cake balls.... I'm guessing that they might get over that upon tasting these delightful nuggets....
go ahead and say whoa now! hello chocolate cookies, peanut butter chips, and the cutest mini reeces peanut butter cups.... like i said... whoa!

So...as you all know yesterday was the SuperBowl and I was in charge of sweets. I came across a version of this concoction on another blog cookies and cups...and needless to say it looked aaaaaahhhmazing.... after all peanut butter, chocolate, and snickers...what could go wrong? The original version i found of this was from scratch but i was in little bit of a time crunch since i did sugar cookies too- that extravaganza will be posted shortly after this....
anyways here it is....
brownie mix + the new peanut butter snickers+ peanut butter buttercream frosting + chocolate buttercream = a bite of heaven in my mouth!! =)
