cheese balls!

My friend Emily commissioned me to make cakeballs for her annual Wine and Cheese party.
Being from Wisconsin - there was only one thing i could do....

Brownie Bites

Even though they aren't in ball formation...these little brownie bites are way to easy to be soooo delicious....
make brownie batter...
spoon about 2tbsps batter into mini muffin tin (line with mini paper/foil liners if you want)
bake 10 mins
take out of oven and push in mini reese's peanut butter cup til level with brownie surface
return to oven for remainder of bake time (5-7 minutes)
cool
ENJOY!!

Better Than Sex Cake Cakeballs!!

So my stepmom used to make Better Than Sex Cake... and I love it...
Ok so what sweets don't I love? When it comes down to it there isn't anything not to love about chocolate cake, caramel, sweetened condensed milk, cool whip, and heath bars....

So here is my bite sized version.....

so i did some flavor/ combo experimenting last night for food day today!!! My first creation was a s'more ball...chocolate cake

Baby Shower

These were for a baby shower for my friend Emily's sister. My inspiration came from the bib on the invitation. They were a big hit... what I learned from this batch...frozen cake balls make chocolate crack. The perfectionist in me was not happy about that but cute none-the-less!

Baby Shower for Ryley

This was for a baby shower for Deb's step daughter Stephanie. The theme was pink and brown. I experimented with the letters using cookies...on a stick..dipped in chocolate...ummm what could go wrong with that?? I thought it turned out pretty cute and I got to add some SPARKLE!!!! We all know how I love the sparkle! =)

Bowling Balls!!

These were for one of my biggest cake ball fans' Matthias' 16th Birthday!
Matthias is obviously a big fan of bowling- he's on the Olathe South Team!! Go Falcons!
My good friend (and Matthias' mom) Debbie helped me out with this creation!

Paige's 10th Bday

This bouquet was for a 10th Birthdya party for my little mini-me Paige! it was my first time experimenting with a shape other than just a plain ball, doing a bouquet, letters, and shimmer powder. Not only did i learn a lot- didn't turn out too bad!!!
